Walnut Springs is a small, intimate, deed-restricted community situated atop the high ground on the western edge of Georgetown. The community consists of approximately 100 1+ acre home sites and is 99% completed.

Some of the best custom builders in the area have contributed to the community, including Giddens, Spicewood, Clay Woodard, Peiffer Custom Homes, K Bar T, and Wilde Wood.

Walnut Springs is under Williamson County jurisdiction. We are close to Georgetown City limits, in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Georgetown. Though Walnut Springs is not in the City of Georgetown, we are in the Georgetown Independent School District (GISD). Currently, the public schools attended by school-age children are Ford Elementary School, Benold Middle School and Georgetown High School. Higher education offerings are a short drive away in Georgetown, Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park.
